How to Book Your Brooklyn Newborn Photography Session
When it comes to booking your Brooklyn newborn photography session, there are a lot of questions about how the process works. Since your new little peanut isn’t here yet, it’s hard to figure out a schedule. Here is what I suggest:
Contact me during the beginning of your third trimester to discuss and set a date for the session. We will setup a pre-session consultation in person or via zoom where we will plan out your Brooklyn newborn photography session and discuss pricing and product options. Once you decide to book your Brooklyn newborn photography session you will then pay the session fee and sign the contract to hold a date close to your due date. A typical newborn photography session will occur sometime between 5 – 15 days. So the best way to ensure you can get in during those times is to book your session before baby is born.
I will also hold a spot for two backup dates – one a week after the original session date, and one a week prior to your due date. This ensures that if your little one doesn’t come according to schedule you’ll still be covered.
Keep in contact with me as your pregnancy comes to a close so we can be prepared. After the baby is born, give me a call or send me a message so we can make sure that one of the dates we have set will work out. If we are at your due date or past that and baby still not here, please keep in touch so I can start looking into dates further out to keep on hold.
